Cotton Tote Bag – A4 & A3

The Cotton Tote Bag offers an A4 option for conference documents, company handouts and compact welcome packs in Singapore. An A3 size is also listed; choose the required size before adding it to your enquiry.

A4 cotton bag details

• Listed fabric: 8oz natural cotton. Confirm the current fabric specification and available colours for your order.
• A4 option: the catalogue lists 30 × 34cm. Confirm the measurement orientation, usable opening and production tolerances before approval.
• A3 option: listed separately in the size selector. Ask for its exact measurements rather than applying the A4 dimensions.
• Photos: natural-colour and black totes are pictured. Confirm colour availability for the selected size and quantity.

Will your documents and gifts fit?

A4 describes the size option, not a guarantee that every folder or assembled pack will fit. Test your actual folder, notebook and other contents in a sample, allowing for the opening, seams and the thickness of the contents. Confirm whether the supplied bag has a flat construction or gusset, the handle dimensions and any intended load requirements.

Plan your company logo

Share the logo file, preferred print position, number of colours and whether decoration is needed on one or both sides. Ask for the available decoration method and usable artwork area on this fabric. Approve a placement proof before production; check a sample if fine detail or exact colour matching matters.

Buying and packing guidance

Confirm the exact size, fabric, colour, stitching and finish on the supplied sample. Cotton content alone does not establish organic, recycled or other environmental certification; request evidence if a certification is part of your procurement brief. Ask for care instructions rather than assuming machine-wash suitability or shrink resistance.
