Quantities and production timing

Our general minimum order is 50 pieces per product. Some products or customisation methods require higher quantities; these will be confirmed in your quotation.

Typical production lead time: 2 weeks after artwork approval and confirmation of your order and required payment. Some products, quantities or customisation methods may take longer; we will confirm the schedule in your quotation.

Express production within 3 days is available at a surcharge for selected products, subject to stock availability, branding requirements and production capacity. Please confirm express availability with our team before ordering.

Production timing excludes delivery. Share your required receiving date so we can confirm the production deadline, delivery arrangements and any express surcharge in your quotation.

Order from overseas in four steps

  1. Share your event brief. Include the event name, dates, audience, quantities, budget and delivery location.
  2. Review products and quotation. We recommend suitable options and confirm branding, pricing, payment requirements and the proposed schedule.
  3. Approve your artwork. Review logo placement, colours and branding details. Production proceeds according to the approvals and payment terms in your quotation.
  4. Arrange local receipt. Confirm the receiving contact, address and delivery window with our team before dispatch.

Local delivery, planned around your event

Discuss delivery to a Singapore office, hotel, booth builder or event venue. Venue deliveries are subject to organiser rules, access requirements and receiving arrangements.

Please provide your hall and booth number where relevant, receiving contact, permitted delivery window and any delivery-pass instructions. Hotel or third-party receipt must be accepted by the recipient in advance. Delivery charges and any special handling will be confirmed in your quotation.

Before you place an order

Are the products made or stocked in Singapore?

“Locally” means ordering through our Singapore team and arranging receipt in Singapore. Products may be sourced from different locations; local manufacture or ready stock is not implied.

Can we approve branding before travelling?

Yes, artwork can be reviewed remotely. Send your logo and branding requirements by email or WhatsApp so we can advise on suitable files and the approval process. Physical samples, where requested, need separate timing and cost confirmation.

Can you guarantee lower shipping costs or a delivery date?

We quote for your specific requirements. Cost savings are not guaranteed, and delivery dates depend on confirmed product availability, approvals, payment requirements, production and receiving access.
