What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the card and printing configuration. Share your target quantity and we’ll confirm the available options in your quotation.
How much do customised EZ-Link cards cost?
Pricing depends on quantity, card type, artwork, packaging and any included value. Ask for a project quotation showing what is included, delivery charges and applicable GST.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on card availability, the order size and artwork approval. Tell us your required delivery date so we can check feasibility before you order.
Can I print on both sides of the card?
Some card types reserve the reverse for issuer information. We’ll confirm the permitted printing area and template for the selected card before artwork is finalised.
Is stored value included?
Only if it is expressly included in your quotation. Tell us your preferred value per card so we can check the arrangement and any additional costs.
What artwork should I send?
Start with your logo, brand colours and proposed design. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is helpful; we’ll confirm the production template and file requirements for your order.
